Hazem Mandour

Hazem Mandour is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office management and guest services. Currently serving as the Front Office Manager at TAMANI Hotel Marina since July 2014, Hazem has successfully managed a team of 22 employees, ensuring high service standards through coaching, training, and supervision. Prior roles include Duty Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, Night Manager and Front Office Supervisor at Armani Hotel Dubai, and Shift Leader at Dusit International. Hazem also has a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Benha University, further qualifications in information technology and digital marketing, among other training courses.
