Brett Cable

Brett Cable is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Tandem HR. Brett has held this position since June of 2019. Prior to Tandem HR, Brett worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Palmer Johnson Power Systems from September of 2013 to June of 2019. During their time at Palmer Johnson, Brett completed an acquisition that added over $20 million in revenue while expanding the company's territory and customer base into Canada. Brett also led buy-side due diligence and data integration, and acted as Executive Integration Partner to the company's new Vancouver, BC location. Additionally, Brett was responsible for maintaining a nationally recognized self insurance plan by focusing on employee health and encouraging employees to be responsible consumers of health care. This allowed Palmer Johnson to hold employee premiums flat since 2016 while saving over $500,000 annually relative to full insurance. Brett also refinanced the company's line of credit and term notes with a new banking partner and added an equipment finance facility and acquisition financing.

Before working at Palmer Johnson, Brett was an Audit Assistant at Deloitte & Touche from August of 2007 to July of 2009. Brett then became the Vice President of Finance/Treasurer at AMA Madison from July of 2010 to July of 2015. Brett left AMA Madison to work as a Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP from July of 2009 to September of 2013. Brett then became the Director of Finance at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP from June of 2019 to March of 2020

Brett Cable completed their BBA in Accounting at the Wisconsin School of Business and then went on to complete their MAcc at the same school.
