Diane Augustine has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Diane started their career at Plymouth Tube Company in 1999 as a Support Services Team Member, where they provided administrative support for the corporate office. Diane then progressed to the role of Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations. Eventually, they became the Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions for the company's 10 manufacturing mills. In 2020, Diane joined Tandem HR as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager, leading a team of 20 HR customer service representatives. Diane was later promoted to the role of Director HR Shared Services, where they strategically managed the HR Shared Services business unit, supporting over 200 clients and 18,000 worksite employees.

Diane Augustine holds an impressive education background. Diane earned their Bachelor of Science degree in English Linguistics from Truman State University between 1993 and 1997. Diane pursued further studies at National Louis University from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a Masters of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Middle School and High School English. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Diane pursued an MBA in Human Resources at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. In addition to their academic achievements, Diane has obtained several certifications in Human Resources. Diane became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) in 2007, and later in 2015 they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
