Christine Carruthers

Christine Carruthers has a significant work experience in human resources. Christine started their career at TrentonWorks Ltd in 1997, where they held the role of Manager, Human Resources until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Polar Foods. Christine then moved on to Convergys as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, Christine joined the IMP Group as a Director of Human Resources, and they stayed with the company until 2008. From 2008 to 2017, they took on the position of Director of Human Resources at Tandus. Currently, Christine works at Tarkett as the Human Resources Director for their Ohio Campus since 2017.

Christine Carruthers attended Saint Mary's University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University, completing their studies in 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Christine obtained the "Change Management Foundations" and "Holding Yourself Accountable" certifications from LinkedIn in April 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the "SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" certification from SHRM in September 2019.
