Jaya Penumarthy has extensive experience in the Oracle applications field, with a focus on lease accounting and real estate solutions. Jaya has held various roles in companies such as Tango Analytics, American Tower, XTGlobal Inc., PwC, Tango Management Consulting LLC, BearingPoint, Oracle India Pvt Ltd, and GE. Their responsibilities have included leading and supervising lease product implementations, business process re-engineering, product enhancement and project management, process improvements, and designing and developing complex custom lease accounting calculations solutions. Jaya has also worked on Oracle applications implementations, production support, project management, change management, and client-facing advisory roles. Jaya has strong expertise in modules such as Oracle Property Manager, Oracle Financials Applications, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Order Management, Purchasing, iExpenses, OBIEE, and Oracle Enterprise Asset Manager. Jaya's professional experience spans more than 12 years in retail and corporate real estate leasing solutions.

Jaya Penumarthy attended Buffalo State University in 2003 and studied US Federal Taxation. Jaya then pursued their Masters in Commerce and Computer Applications at Osmania University. Jaya also studied Auditing, Taxation, and Accounting at Delaware State University. Finally, they obtained their ACS (Final) degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
