James Klepikow

James Klepikow has extensive experience in technical engineering and account management, currently serving as Principal Escalation Engineer and Senior Director of Technical Account Management-SME Lead at Tanium since June 2018. Previously, James worked at Microsoft from February 2006 to June 2018, holding various positions including Senior Premier Field Engineer and Support Escalation Engineer. Earlier roles include Network Engineer at American Integration, Platforms Engineer and Senior Network Architect/Engineer at CompConTech, Systems Engineer at The Leather Factory, and Network Team Lead at Merritt Hawkins. James began a career in technology after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with American Chemical Society Certification from Stephen F. Austin State University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1997.
