Manish Rautela RSE is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Tap & Barrel Group since June 2022, Manish has held various prominent positions including Cook 1 at Fairmont Pacific Rim and Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, as well as roles at Gate Gourmet and Rickys Group of Family-Style Restaurants. Manish's career also includes significant experience as Chef de Partie at esteemed establishments such as Amilla Fushi Resort, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, and Constance Lemuria Resort, along with early experience as a Demi Chef with Carnival Cruise Lines. Education was completed at IHM Gurdaspur, earning a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Management with a focus on food production.
