Mika Roiha

Mika Roiha has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of production and coordination. From 2019, they have been working at TAPAUS as the Head of B2C, after having served as an Account Director from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, Mika worked at ROOF Productions Oy, where they held positions as an Account Director from 2016 to 2019 and as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. Mika also worked at the same company as an Executive Producer from 2013 to 2015 and as a Producer from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Mika has worked as an International Coordinator at Asia Exchange in 2010, as a Producer at ROOF Productions Oy from 2009 to 2010, and as a Freelancer in event production for several companies from 2008 to 2009. Their earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at TBWA\\Helsinki in 2008 and as a Staff Sergeant at the Finnish Defence Forces from 2003 to 2003.

Mika Roiha attended Joensuun Normaalikoulun lukio from 1998 to 2001. After completing this, they then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of Eastern Finland from 2005 to 2010.
