Lee Pichardo

Lee Pichardo has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They currently hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at TapestryHealth, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Optum as a Human Resources Manager from August 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they provided strategic consulting on employee programs and organization development.
