Billy Gillow

Billy Gillow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, primarily in the recruitment and staffing industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Data & Analytics at TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions since July 2018, Billy spearheads the rollout of the IntelliReach System across EMEA programs and manages an international team to develop Business Intelligence Reporting and analytics. Previously, during a six-year tenure at Experis UK & IE, Billy held various roles, including Programme Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed team management, client communications, and data analysis.
