Tim Fisher

Tim Fisher has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Tim currently serves as the Head of Academy at Tapi Carpets & Floors, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Learning and Development Manager at Screwfix from July 2018 to September 2021. From August 2009 to June 2018, Tim was the Head of Learning and Development at Youi Insurance. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager - Technical Writing at Performance Training from January 2008 to August 2009. Tim's earliest role in their career was as a Learning and Development Specialist at Auto & General from April 2005 to January 2008.

Tim Fisher attended The University of Sheffield from 1998 to 2001, where they studied English Literature. Tim'sdegree focused on British and Commonwealth literature. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Executive Coaching from LinkedIn.
