Paul Lederer

Paul Lederer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently, Paul serves as Country Manager for GT's Living Foods, overseeing the UK operations of the largest kombucha brand and streamlining the supply chain. Paul is also the founder of TAPPED organic birch water, successfully introducing the product to the UK and multiple international markets while building a robust supply chain and brand. As a consultant, Paul has advised various food and beverage companies, enhancing their strategies and operations. Previous roles include leadership positions at Coca-Cola European Partners, Peppersmith, innocent drinks, Danone, and Nestlé, where Paul has significantly contributed to business development and sales growth. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies with a focus on marketing from Bournemouth University.
