This is a 3 month FTC starting on the 17th June 2024.

Our Customer Service Executives are the first person our customers speak to. You will be handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers to discuss their situation, account information and aiding them in making payments.

Your shifts will be Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, on-site in our Cardiff City Centre office.

Your focus is getting it right first time and always aiming to delight our customers.

This entails:

  • Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
  • Record case resolutions customer communication via phone, email, chat etc.
  • Ensure that cases are resolved within case life cycle, as per individual balanced scorecard
  • Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
  • Provide fantastic customer service and meet quality standards on all handled contacts
  • Handle calls while maintaining the targets defined for the project: response time, handle time and resolution rate aligned with Project KRAs.
