Travis Kelley

EVP, Operations at Target Hospitality

Travis Kelley serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Target Hospitality, where he oversees the management and operations of all lodges across North America. Through 20 years of experience in the modular building industry, Travis has earned accolades and unprecedented praise for his diligent work in the Bakken Region in the successful build out of the largest remote accommodation market in the U.S.

Travis has served as a member of the Williston Chamber of Commerce for six years (three as a chairman) and has become extremely involved in giving back to the local community. He also served three years on the Greater North Dakota Chamber board, completed executive training courses at Darden University and was named one of Prairie Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2013.

Travis began his time with Target Hospitality in 2009 as Project Manager for the Bakken Region, and was quickly promoted to RVP of the Rockies Region, where he oversaw the operations and management of 11 Target Hospitality facilities and over 5,000 rooms during his 8 year tenure in this position.

Through the years, he has worked his way up by being instrumental in the growth, execution and service excellence in all the regions he has served. His genuine leadership and trustworthy personality enable Travis to serve our clients and support our employees with the utmost respect and professionalism at any time. Among his many projects, Travis managed Target Hospitality’s 1,500 bed lodge of Olympic security personnel in Whistler, B.C. in 2010.

Travis is based out of The Woodlands, TX, office with his family after living in Williston, ND, for the past eight years.
