Amy Joiner

Amy Joiner has over 15 years of experience in the fields of talent acquisition, communications, internal communications, and PR. Amy served as the Director and chief of staff for Talent Acquisition at Target, where they developed the TA strategy, built effective routines, championed cross-functional initiatives, and drove continuous improvement. Prior to that, they were the Director of Communications at Target, where they developed employee engagement programming and strengthened the company's culture. Before joining Target, Amy worked at Weber Shandwick, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Group Manager, leading the development and execution of integrated PR campaigns for top brands and managing celebrity talent.

Amy Joiner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University between 2001 and 2005. Amy'sareas of study included Women's Studies, Spanish, and Vocal Performance.
