Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fawzy

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fawzy is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of electronics engineering, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Electronics Research Institute since March 2023. With a strong background in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fawzy previously held a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tianjin University's MEMS/NEMS group from October 2018 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fawzy worked as a Lecturer at New Cairo Academy from February 2009 to December 2015 and gained practical experience as a Network Engineer at Huawei between January 2010 and February 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics Engineering from Minia University (2014-2017), a Master’s in Electronics Engineering specializing in MEMS from Helwan University Cairo (2009-2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from the same institution (2003-2008).
