Jessica L. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the language services industry. Jessica started their career as an intern at Atlas Translations in 2008 before becoming a Project Coordinator at Xerox in 2009. Jessica then progressed to various roles at SDL plc, including Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. At SDL plc, they managed key accounts, supervised in-country and offshore teams, and conducted quarterly business reviews. Jessica then joined Global Lingo as the Global Head of Translation and Interpreting Services, where they defined departmental policies and provided leadership to diverse teams. Jessica also worked at FieldworkHub as a Consultant and at Mission Translate as the Global Head of Operations. Their most recent position is the Director of Operations at Tarjama.
