Shanette Thompson-Barner

Shanette Thompson-Barner has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Shanette started their career at ACS, Mellon Financial, and PWC, where they worked as an HR Team Manager, HR Supervisor, and HR Specialist from 1998 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Tarkett as an HR Manager and worked their way up to HR Director, Director of Compensation and Benefits, and ultimately Vice President, Total Rewards. Shanette has been with Tarkett since 2006, with their most recent position being Vice President, Total Rewards.

Shanette Thompson-Barner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus. Additionally, they have obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution.
