Stuart Marshall has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Stuart is currently the Divisional Director - People, Culture & Safety at Taronga Conservation Society Australia, where they lead a team focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, safety and wellbeing, advisory services, and organizational development. Prior to that, Stuart worked at ASIC, where they held various roles, including Deputy Chief People Officer, Acting Chief People Officer, Group Manager of HR Business Partners, Senior HR Business Partner, and Senior Manager of Organizational Development. Stuart also has experience as an HR Advisor at SSAT and an HR Project Officer at Sydney Water. Stuart Marshall obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University between 1997 and 1999. Stuart also holds additional certifications including CED Job Evaluation from Mercer in 2022, International Position Evaluation (IPE) from Mercer in 2020, Ability & Personality Assessment Accreditation from CEB (now Gartner) in 2016, Cultural Transformation Tools (Part 1) from Barrett Values Centre in 2011, and Cert. IV in Assessment & Work - Train Small Groups unit from TAFE NSW in 2003.
