Deyvis Laura, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of data and analytics. Deyvis started their career in 2014 as a Data Intelligence Analyst at Gestiรณn de Clientes, where they implemented database marketing methodologies and predictive models. Deyvis then worked as a Risk Analyst at Sentinel Perรบ S.A., where they constructed a datamart and implemented dimensional models.

In 2015, Deyvis joined Penta Analytics as a BI Projects Lead, leading data warehousing and advanced analytics implementation projects for various clients. Deyvis then worked as a Functional Analyst BI at Claro Perรบ, where they were responsible for functional analysis and building the BDS layer.

From 2017 to 2020, Deyvis worked at Yanbal, initially as a Data Engineer, where they implemented corporate dashboards and designed scalable data models. Deyvis was later promoted to Senior Data Engineer, leading data exploration and visualization projects. Deyvis then became a Data Strategist, leading corporate business intelligence projects and overseeing the transition to a modern BI environment.

In 2020, Deyvis joined Globant as an Analytics Owner, leading the Analytics Squad for an AI-powered product. Deyvis was responsible for finding actionable insights and designing data lake architecture and data pipelines.

In 2021, Deyvis joined Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola as the Corporate Head of Business Intelligence and later became the Corporate Head of Data & Analytics. In these roles, they led the data strategy, built the team, and formulated use cases and roadmaps for the corporate units. Deyvis also led the construction of the Corporate Data lakehouse.

Currently, Deyvis works at TASA (Empresa del Grupo BRECA) as the Head of Data & Analytics, where they are responsible for designing and deploying the insights-driven data strategy. Deyvis leads the data strategy to resolve critical decisions and implement end-to-end projects with AI and advanced analytics throughout the company's value chain.

Deyvis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the National University of Engineering in 2014. In 2016, they pursued a Professional Education Program (PEA) in Business Intelligence & Analytics from the same university.

Deyvis furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Analytics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru from 2020 to 2022.
