Carolyn McNairy

Carolyn McNairy has extensive work experience in the administrative services industry. Carolyn currently holds the position of Strategic Partnerships Vice-President at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) since October 2021. In their role, they are responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships.

From 2008 to the present, Carolyn has held various positions at TASC. Carolyn started as the Compliance Service Vice-President of Sales, where they were responsible for training and developing TASC's Group Sales Force and Distribution Channel Partners. Carolyn also served as the TASC - ERISA Compliance officer, ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations. Carolyn marketed TASC's services and implemented and enforced various benefit plans, including Section 105-HRA, Section 125-FSA, HSA, COBRA, FMLA, and ERISA.

Before joining TASC, Carolyn was the President & Owner of C&J Consulting & Administration, Inc. from September 1999 to February 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee for over 20 years, serving as the Manager of GISI (a subsidiary of BCBST). In this role, they managed and promoted Section 125 Plans, collaborated with the sales force to increase sales of life products, and prepared legal documents for 125 plans.
