Kerry Carstairs is the SVP of Client Services at TaskUs. Kerry has over 10 years of experience in global operations and client services.

Kerry started their career at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. where they were one of the company founders. Kerry helped develop the overarching vision and executed the strategic operations plan to launch the company. Kerry also oversaw 13 call centers globally.

In five years, they grew the company's revenue from $0 to $250M. Kerry was responsible for managing operations across Asia, Central America, the US, and Europe. Kerry was also recognized as a top-performing company in the BPO (business process outsourcing) and call center sector within the first year.

Kerry then went on to work at Uber as the Head of Global Support Operations. In their role, they were responsible for leading the global BPO relationship management, global workforce management & strategic contracting services.

Kerry has proven herself to be a dynamic and effective leader in both startups and large corporations. Kerry is an expert in operations, client services, revenue management, PMO, and WFM.

Kerry Carstairs holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from American University.
