TJ Polzin

TJ Polzin has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. From 2019 to the present, they worked at Tassat as the Manager of People Operations, where they led communication efforts, established a DE&I committee, and managed the transition to a new HRIS system. Prior to this, they served as the People Operations Admin at Tassat. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at AudienceView as a Customer Success Manager, where they developed campaigns, built relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitated cross-functional communication. Before that, from 2015 to 2018, they held the role of Assistant Manager of the Husby Performing Arts Center at Washington Pavilion, where they successfully executed numerous performances and managed logistics for touring productions.

TJ Polzin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from the University of Sioux Falls, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2022.
