David Krosel

David Krosel has a strong background in IT and professional services, with experience spanning over several companies and roles.

David currently works as a Solutions Architect at Aletha Corp, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Platform and Integration at Tasteport from an unknown start date in 2020.

From 2006 to 2021, David served as the Chief Architect at Maxxian Integration Inc., where they led the development of a full-scale audit and operation solution for Fortune 500 telecommunication companies in North America. This solution was built using Python.

In 2006, David briefly worked at Connexim Ltd as an IT Manager for their Call Center. Prior to that, they spent three years at TD Bank as an IT Manager for their nationwide call centers. During their time at TD Bank, they were heavily involved in designing and deploying the bank's first offshore Call Center solution.

Between 2001 and 2003, David worked at AdExact Corporation as a Manager of Operations, focusing on targeted advertisement solutions for North American cable companies. David also handled quality assurance solutions and operations during their time there.

From 1996 to 2001, David served as a Technical Manager at ITAPPS, specializing in professional services and call center solutions.

David began their career as a Software Developer at RBC Financial Group in 1992, where they worked for four years.

David Krosel attended the University of Waterloo from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a major in Computer Science. David completed their education in this field of study during this period. Later on, in October 2021, they obtained a certification from Microsoft, namely the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification, which was awarded by the institution.
