Théophile Homolle

Théophile Homolle has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked on a license project at Fachhochschule München (University of Applied Science Munich). From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a management and organization consultant at Performance & Management. Théophile then joined Alexander Proudfoot as a senior consultant from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to BearingPoint as a senior consultant. Théophile Homolle joined Elior France in 2017 as a chef de projet transformation before moving on to ARPEGE Cook And Style in 2018 as an operations manager and responsable de secteur. In 2020, they became a créateur d'entreprise at Søvage. Théophile then worked as a chef de projet Foodles - consultant at Foodles. Finally, Théophile Homolle is currently the Head of Operations France and Benelux at Taster, starting in January 2022 and continuing until May 2023.

Théophile Homolle attended EPF Engineering School from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in the field of Production & Automatisation. During the same period, they also studied at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and received a Master's Degree in Produktion und Automatisierung. In 2017, Théophile enrolled at XL and pursued a Black Belt Lean certification in Lean Management, which is currently in progress.
