Shreyansh Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Shreyansh most recently worked at Tata AIA Life Insurance as Vice President of IT Engineering. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Solutions Architecture & Engineering at Edelweiss General Insurance Company Limited. Before that, they held the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture at Reliance Industries Limited. Shreyansh also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Future Group India, an Architect at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Project Manager at Syntel Inc, and a Technical Lead at Wipro Technologies. Shreyansh'swork experience dates back to 2001, and they have consistently held roles in technology and engineering throughout their career.

Shreyansh Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 1999. Shreyansh then pursued a Master of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi from 1999 to 2001. Later, in 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Operations from SP Jain School of Global Management, with campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney.
