Yash Vardhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and business operations within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Process Excellence at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited since March 2023, Yash previously held the position of Deputy Manager - Business Process at Digit Insurance from February 2020 to March 2023. Yash began the career at MDIndia Healthcare Services as an intern focused on enrollment and claims IT, and further developed operational skills as a Management Trainee at Pragati Electrocom Private Limited, where risk assessment techniques were employed.
