Kanika successfully launched a cutting-edge Loan Origination Platform and introduced a Chatbot for instant loan approval.

Prior to Tata Motor Finance, Kanika G. worked at Principal Financial Group as the Head of Products | Digital India. Here, they planned and launched the company's digital business, built a team of product managers, and defined the digital strategy and roadmap. Kanika also led thought leadership initiatives and drove P&L growth.

Before joining Principal Financial Group, Kanika G. served as the Head of Products and Digital Transformation at Airtel. Kanika led the digital team for the sales and distribution function and launched key apps for the supply chain. Kanika was nominated for Economic Times Young Leaders in 2017.

Kanika G. also has experience as an entrepreneur, having ideated and launched a travel company called aajaa.in. Kanika conceptualized the app and website and reached a wide audience through digital marketing.

Earlier in their career, Kanika G. worked at Myntra as part of the product strategy team and at IBM India Private Limited as a Strategic Consultant/Product Manager. At IBM, they played a significant role in renewing a $600 million project and acted as an intermediator between clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
