Sonam Pawar has extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management Systems (PMS). Currently serving as AVP HR at Tata Motors Finance since October 2019, Sonam Pawar oversees Total Rewards and has held multiple HR management roles within the company, focusing on strategies such as compensation benchmarking, annual salary revisions, and budgeting. Prior to this, Sonam Pawar contributed as Lead in Compensation & Benefit and PMS at a confidential organization and as HR personnel at Vertiv Co, where responsibilities included market benchmarking, workforce compensation management, and attrition analysis. Earlier experience includes a Senior HR Executive position at Reliance Commercial Finance. Sonam Pawar holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management.
