Shishir Agarwal

Shishir Agarwal has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Shishir started their career as an Engineer at Consulting Engineer Services (CES) in 1989 and worked there until 1994. Shishir then joined Birla VXL Limited as a Deputy Manager for a year before joining L&T as an Engineering Manager in 1995. Shishir worked at L&T until 2002, during which they held the position of Project Leader at Siemens Power Engineering Limited from 2002 to 2005. Shishir then worked at Siemens Limited as a Technical Project Manager from 2005 to 2010. Shishir joined L&T Power in 2010 as a Project Manager and held that role until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Project Director at L&T Power. In 2020, they joined Bechtel as a Chief Engineer and later joined Tata Projects in 2021, where they held the positions of Assistant Vice President - Cluster Project Director Nuclear Projects and Head Of Operations.

Shishir Agarwal completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Shishir attended the institute from 1984 to 1988.
