Christian Safka

Christian Safka is an accomplished technology professional with a diverse background in machine learning, software development, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Machine Learning and Founding Engineer at Tavus since April 2022, Christian specializes in scalable video and audio generation pipelines and has developed innovative strategies for lipsync and synthetic video enhancement. As the Founder of Audio Paint Brush, Christian focuses on custom wearable audiovisualizations. Prior experience includes significant roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities spanned technical project management for fraud protection services and data science for customer protection initiatives. Additionally, roles at STACC involved designing recommendation systems for major retailers in Estonia, while earlier positions included software development and embedded programming in startup environments.
