Chad Legros

Chad LeGros has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chad currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Taylor-Wharton America. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Taylor-Wharton and held the positions of General Manager and Corporate Materials Manager at INOXCVA. Chad also has experience as a Branch Operations Manager at Univar and held consultant roles at Alimak Hek, Inc. In addition, they served in the Texas Air National Guard as a Production Superintendent, Flight Chief, and Production Manager. Chad also worked at Continental Express and The GNI Group in maintenance control and operations supervisor roles. Chad began their career as an F-16 Crew Chief in the Texas Air National Guard.

Chad LeGros obtained their Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Quality from the University of Houston in 2012. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued Production Management at the Community College of the Air Force. In the period between 1997 and 2001, Chad studied Aeronautics & Aviation Safety with a focus on Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Their education journey began at the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied Aircraft Maintenance Management from 1991 to 2000, with a specialization in Aviation.
