Roland Njeck

Roland Njeck, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Roland is currently the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Taylor Corporation, where they lead continuous improvement efforts to cut costs and improve productivity and quality. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager at ZEISS Industrial Metrology, where they utilized lean techniques to eliminate waste and improve productivity. Roland also served as an Area Manager II at Amazon, where they focused on ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining quality control standards. Earlier in their career, Roland held roles as a Production Manager at PouchTec industries, LLC and ST Specialty Foods, where they implemented lean six sigma principles and built highly effective production teams. Roland also gained experience as an Operations Specialist at General Mills, where they focused on continuous improvement and collaboration across business lines. Additionally, Roland served as a Team Leader at Tapemark early in their career. Overall, Roland has a strong background in production management and operations, with a focus on implementing lean principles, driving continuous improvement, and achieving organizational goals.

Roland Njeck, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Leadership/Operations from the University of Fredericton, completed between 2017 and 2019. Roland also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed during the period of 2004 to 2008. In addition, they possess additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, obtained in 2016, and a FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food certification from FSPCA.
