Ernesto Hernandez

Ernesto Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe since May 2023, Ernesto also holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Hernandez Hospitality LLC, established in January 2021. Previously, Ernesto was a District Manager at Raydal Hospitality, overseeing operations for five locations, and gained significant restaurant management experience as a General Manager at both Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe and Chipotle Mexican Grill. Additionally, Ernesto has worked as a Freelance Actor with Central Casting since April 2007, primarily focusing on extra and stand-in roles. Early in their career, Ernesto contributed to audience engagement as an Usher/Mascot for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Educationally, Ernesto obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep and Language Skills from Pine Forest High School.
