Christoph Smiela

Christoph Smiela is currently the Head of Research at TCG Process. Prior to this role, Christoph held the title of Information Architect at Swiss Re for almost a decade. Christoph also has experience as a Lecturer at the University of St.Gallen and as a Data Warehouse and BI Solution Architect at CSS Versicherung AG. Christoph's extensive background includes roles such as IT Coordinator, Business Solution Architect, Deputy Software Engineer, and Assistant Software Engineer in the field of Information Technology. Christoph holds a Ph.D. in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen, a Master of Arts in Data and Information Management from the University of Hamburg, and a degree from Fachoberschule Wirtschaft / BBS Handel in Wirtschaft und Handel.
