Kristin Bauer

Kristin Bauer is the current Chief Supply Chain Officer at TCGplayer.com. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Logistics Strategy & Analytics at The TJX Companies, Inc. from March 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they were Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy & Operations at Ulta Beauty from April 2014 to March 2019. Bauer began their career at Target, where they worked from June 2004 to April 2014, eventually becoming Director of Distribution. In this role, they led a 2 million square foot facility through the recent deployment of an automated miniload system that employed 55 executives and 600 hourly team members; servicing the largest stores in the country. Bauer successfully implemented the miniload automation to quickly become the top performing miniload system in the network in both crane utilization and downtime. Kristin effectively led the team through a union campaign, working to stabilize the building culture & performance through a focus on teaching leaders how to coach behaviors as well as clear and consistent communication. Bauer served as change ambassador for the distribution network by sharing key learnings and helping to educate other leaders on change management and balanced performance.

Kristin Bauer has a MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Information Technology, Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

They are on a team with Chris Keane - Chief Product Officer, Rachel Walter - Chief People Officer, and Jerome Kapelus - CFO. Kristin Bauer reports to Chedy Hampson, Founder & CEO.
