Douglas R. Wulffleff

Douglas R. Wulffleff is currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at TCP Analytical and the Senior Vice President M&A at Catemer, LLC. Prior to these roles, Douglas held various senior leadership positions at companies such as Transaction Success Group, LLC, New Mountain Capital, and Ascensus Specialties. With a background in M&A and global acquisition strategy execution, Douglas also has experience in transaction advisory services and capital raising advisory services. Douglas holds an A.B. from Colgate University, an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University, and also attended Princeton Theological Seminary.
