The TimeClock Plus (TCP) Team is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs with strategic partners to drive mutual growth. This role involves creating co-marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment between partner and internal marketing strategies.

  

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive joint marketing efforts and business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partner marketing activities with overall company objectives.

 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with external partners.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

  Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • This role may require occasional travel.
