As a Senior Product Owner, you will :

  • Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build and deliver high-quality products. 
  • Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team. 
  • Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework 
  • Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done” is aligned with the development team 
  • Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing 
  • Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines. 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, and a Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Business/Product Analyst or Product Owner, or equivalent experience. 
  • Workforce or HCM product experience. 
  • Strong analytical and product management skills. 
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements. 
  • Strong oral and written communication. 
  • Agile & Scrum experience 
  • A drive to create excellent market-leading user experiences.
