Gareth Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gareth started their career in the Royal Navy in 1985, serving as a Chief Petty Officer (Electronic Warfare) until 2002. Following their naval service, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at Pericom from 2002 to 2003, and then at Delta PC from 2003 to 2004. Gareth then established their own business, K G Technical Services, from 2004 to 2005. Gareth transitioned to the role of IT Manager at Romford Wholesale Meats from 2005 to 2006 before moving to 2dotdash as a Senior Business Analyst from 2006 to 2010. Gareth then joined Stark Software International Limited as a Smart Metering Services Project Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. Gareth continued their career at TCS Computer Services Limited, initially as a Senior Support Engineer from 2011 to 2013, then as an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2016, followed by a promotion to General Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Gareth holds the position of Managing Director at TCS Computer Services Limited, starting in June 2018.
Gareth Phillips attended Honicknowle Secondary Modern School from 1980 to 1985. Gareth did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time at this school.
