Jeff Byer

Mr. Byer is Head of Operations Strategy and Co-Head of Investment Operations and will help the firm shape and oversee the implementation of new operational and firm initiatives. Prior to joining TCW in 2023, Mr. Byer held various leadership roles in the funds and operations departments at PIMCO LLC and worked closely with client, product, and portfolio management teams to develop and launch new products. Prior to PIMCO, he worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Prudential Financial in various fund administration roles. He holds a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware and is a CFA charterholder.
