Ruchira Ghosh

Ruchira Ghosh is an experienced leader in customer authentication and data governance with a robust background in information security and operational excellence. Currently serving as Head of Customer Authentication at TD since August 2023, Ruchira has held significant roles at major financial institutions, including Senior Director at Visa and Senior Vice President positions at Bank of America, where responsibilities encompassed data governance strategy, anomaly fraud detection, and cybercrime prevention. Ruchira's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and UBS, focusing on service operations, software engineering, and quality assurance. Ruchira holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and has completed several executive leadership programs.
