Stephen Bach

Stephen Bach is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across several prominent institutions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Governance for US Card at TD since September 2022, Stephen has previously held key positions such as Risk & Control Officer for Customer Remediation at Wells Fargo and Senior Vice President of Regulatory Risk at Citi. A former Vice President of Compliance and Community Reinvestment Act Officer at The Bancorp, Stephen was instrumental in developing compliance risk assessment infrastructures. Stephen has also worked as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and held roles at Chase and the State of Delaware, focusing on credit risk quality and managing a significant commercial loan portfolio. Educationally, Stephen holds an MBA in Financial Management from Goldey-Beacom College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
