Kirsten Wilson

Kirsten Wilson has a diverse background in the customer service industry, starting as an Administration/WFM Manager at CCI Call Centres in 2010. Kirsten then moved on to become the Executive Assistant to the CEO at CCI Call Centres (Pty) Ltd in 2012. Later, they joined Merchants as a Business Development Manager in 2017. At Webhelp, they held several roles, including Senior Account Manager, Senior Bid & Account Manager, and Client Experience Manager. Currently, they are the Global Client Solutions Director at TDCX, starting in 2023.

Kirsten Wilson received their Bachelor's Degree in BBA in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing in 2007.
