Paul Lee began their work experience in 1999 as an IT Manager at Wavexpress. From 2003 to 2009, they worked as a Windows Server Engineer at Yahoo Inc. In 2010, they joined Teach For America as a Windows Server Engineer and later took on roles such as Infrastructure Project Manager, Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, and Director of IT Infrastructure. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of IT Operations and Support Services at Teach For America.
Paul Lee has an MBA in Information Systems Management from the Zicklin School of Business. In addition, they hold a BS degree in Computer Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundation from EXIN, ITIL Service Design from EXIN, ITIL Service Operations from PEOPLECERT, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft.
