Becky Poskin's work experience includes a range of roles in education and program management. Becky started their career as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Brookside Charter School, where they created and implemented a successful curriculum. Becky then joined Teach for America as a Corps Member, teaching underprivileged students in the Chicago School District. Becky also worked as an Educational Intervention Specialist at Colorado Youth for a Change, where they helped failing students improve their grades and create plans for the future.

Later, they worked at the University of Kentucky as an Academic Services Assistant, advising student-athletes on their academic success. Becky also served as an Assistant Director of Admissions for Recruitment, counseling prospective students and managing communication plans. Becky then became the Principal of Marion and Henry Bloch Religious School at New Reform Temple, where they developed an engaging curriculum and oversaw day-to-day operations.

Becky continued their career at William Jewell College, first as an Admission Counselor for Civil Engineering and STEM, where they recruited and enrolled students interested in STEM majors. Becky then became the Assistant Director of Admission and Recruitment, managing a team of counselors and implementing strategies to increase enrollment.

Afterward, Becky joined Metropolitan State University of Denver as the Manager of Innovative and Lifelong Learning. In this role, they developed new noncredit programs, managed program support for noncredit students, and contributed to the growth and development of the university's offerings.

Currently, Becky is working as a Partnerships Manager at TeachFX, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships.

Becky Poskin obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Dartmouth College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Becky then pursued further education and earned a Master's in Elementary Education from Rockhurst University, attending from 2010 to 2012.
