Prathibha Polapragada has extensive work experience in enterprise architecture, applications development, and business process management. Starting in 2022, they hold the role of Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Business Applications at Teaching Strategies, LLC. Prior to this, Prathibha served as the Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture and Applications Development at Management Concepts Inc., where they led IT transformation initiatives and managed a team across multiple functions. Prathibha also worked as the Director of Enterprise Architecture and BPM Practice at Persistent Systems, focusing on driving solutions for large banking, finance, insurance, and telecom companies globally. Prathibha's earlier roles include working as the Business Architect and Director of Business Process Management CoE at K12, and as the Founder/CEO of MyPicTales, where they successfully grew the company and led its sale. Prathibha has also held various positions at Telarix and ValueOptions.

Prathibha Polapragada obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from GITAM Deemed University, graduating in 2000. Prathibha subsequently pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at The George Washington University, completing their studies in 2002.
