Tamra Blake has worked in various roles since 1997. Tamra began their career at Fleet Bank as the SVP- Director of Administration in 1997. In 2005, they joined Bank of America as Senior Vice President, where they implemented the first end-to-end electronic invoice billing system, managed change and transition management events, and increased annual invoice processing volumes from 40k to 144k invoices. In 2013, they joined the LUKE Foundation as Executive Director, where they reported to the President & Founder with responsibility for both internal and external facing tasks. In 2016, they joined Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc. as Chief Administrative Officer, Project Manager - Defense Health Agency, Business Manager, and Project Manager- District of Columbia Courts Aquisition Lifecycle Financial Administrator.
Tamra Blake has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics & Sociology from Wellesley College. Tamra also has certifications in ITIL v4 Foundations Certified from PeopleCert (2020), an Interim Security Clearance (2018), Grant Writing (2013), Certified Vendor Manager from Bank of America (2011), and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
