Gen Rogan

Gen Rogan is currently employed at Team IMPACT, Inc. as a Development Officer and Engagement Manager. They are responsible for executing the national engagement strategy, generating new donor interest through events, stewarding high-profile donors, and managing various GoTeams in partnership with major marathons. Gen has previous experience as a Regional Coordinator supporting fundraising events, as well as experience as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach, Game Day Sales & Event Coordinator, Facilities and Operations Intern, and Events Intern. Gen holds a Master's degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
