Åsa Walderik is the Business Area Manager for Home Care Sweden and Quality & Sustainability Manager at Team Olivia. Åsa has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting their career as a registered nurse at Västerbottens läns landsting in 1989. In 1990, they became a pharmaceutical sales representative for Upjohn and then moved to Pharmacia & Upjohn in 1992 as a product manager. In 1998, they joined Shering Plough as a product manager before moving to Solvay Pharma in 1999 as sales director.

Åsa is also an Internrevisor ISO-standard from Förenade Care and has a degree in Strategisk affärsplanering from IHM Business School. Lastly, they have a degree in Medicinsk grundutbildning samt auktorisation from Läkemedelsindustriföreningen, LIF and is a registered nurse from Umeå universitet.
